The Avatar series finale was overflowing with awesome. It bubbled over with more coolness than just about anything I've seen in a long time. Seriously, if you are on my F-list and haven't watched this show at all yet, maybe because you assume (not without a bit of merit) that a show on Nick couldn't possibly have any real appeal for a grown up, I wish you'd give it a try. You're denying yourself a real treat.

If you're willing to cut off your nose to spite your face, my friend, that's no skin off my dick. Just think, though, how that puts you in the same clown car as the people who hate on something just because it's popular. Do you *really* want to ride with those folks? :-)

Actually I just haven't had a chance yet. I like the whole kung fu/fantasy vibe of it, but those DVD sets are pricey.

Know that I WILL get to it eventually.
